Zoo Santo Inácio and the ANP|WWF unite for nature and species conservation

Zoo Santo Inácio and the ANP|WWF have joined forces in a partnership so that together they can strengthen their commitment to the preservation of wildlife and make the younger generation more aware of nature conservation.

This collaboration kicked off on 5 and 6 October to mark the World Animal Day and included a series of initiatives and educational games dedicated to the protection of biodiversity and environmental education.

Our 2025 agenda already includes 3 and 4 March, when World Wildlife Day is celebrated, and 22 and 23 March, as part of International Day of Forests and World Water Day. As with the first initiative, the aim is to provide educational moments where families can take part in challenges, interactive games and learn more about the various species that inhabit the largest and greenest zoo in the North, accompanied by ANP|WWF specialists.
